The doors to Heavenly Prenatal Yoga in Battersea are currently closed. With the studio doors closing, I’ve said goodbye to nine months of both peaceful and potent Sundays. You’ve joined me as early as 10 weeks of gestation, and (for some literally!) until birthing your babe. Together, we laid the foundation for your sovereign birth portal, whether you envisioned a free birth, a home birth, one with the midwives in the Chelsea-Westminster birth centre, an ob-gyn-led labour, or prepared for belly birthing twins.
And while you have patiently been asking me when and where we can continue our Sundays, the truth is… I am at capacity for now. Between births, the Āyurvedic prenatal consultations as part of The Birth Portal (I cherish these!), the new Āyurvedic residency at Bvlgari and circles to train more Doulas (more info on that coming soon!), my schedule will be full for a while.
But here’s the good news:
Next week around this time, you can be in a light-filled sanctuary with other pregnant people, wrapping up a doula-led (hint: it’s me!) workshop on planning a sacred fourth trimester for you and your baby, drenched with tried and tested, holistic, Āyurvedic Self-Care. You will still be glowing from your meditative prenatal flow, and looking forward to the Sound journey with Āyurvedic touch you’re about to embark on. Nurturing refreshments and a goodie bag are waiting for you. All your burning questions on pregnancy, labour and the fourth trimester are answered. You are filled with peace and excitement, and feel connected to your baby.
