Cramped, bloated and on edge with VATA. #PMS

The Elements of Air and Space go hand in hand to move your body. They bring speed, creativity, connectedness and chills. As they govern the nervous system, Air and Space apply the same qualities to your thoughts: you may find yourself in circle thinking, making heaps connections throughout a chat (which makes it hard to focus!), empathic in the sense of "feeling" words rather than objectively hearing them. These things call for an outlet of creativity, free movements, shameless self expression and time to connect to others and music.
When this outlet isn't available, Air and Space get stuck. The same happens when you accumulate these elements without taking time to properly ground and warm up. This doesn't only happen through the activities above, btw. Air and Space accumulate through food, too. Sparkling drinks, iced beverages or snacks, black tea, fruits like pomegranate and rhubarb, veggies like radish and sprouts, fermented foodies, crispy edges, take-out as well as salad as your main meal all contribute to accumulation when they make up your #1 choice.
Add traveling, irregular sleep patterns or isolation to it and you've got the perfect recipe for a Vata caused PMS.
Vata is one of the 3 Dosha's, or in other words: the binding energy between 2 elements. In this case, Air and Space.
A Vata PMS.
