Let’s just start by saying I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS CALLED MORNING SICKNESS. Because this feeling of hanging upside down on a small boat amidst BIG waves does not limit itself to the early hours, nor does it promise to stop when you walk into your second trimester.
It’s relentless and that’s that.
The good news is that there are many ways in which the greatest mother of all (Earth) can support us. Some of the remedies are physical, through herbs and touch, and other ways to balance (or symptom reduction) are on the subtle, mental, or even soul-plane.
